Natural Products International provides laboratory and analytical services and an online portal for submitting samples and viewing results. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability.

Information, analyses, and results provided through the Services are for general informational purposes only. They are not medical, clinical, diagnostic, legal, or other professional advice, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. Results pertain only to the specific sample submitted and the methods used, and may not be representative of other materials.

3. No warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, or that results will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your requirements. We do not guarantee any specific turnaround time, outcome, or result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Natural Products International and its operators, affiliates, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or US $100.

• You represent that any sample you submit is lawful to possess, handle, and ship, and that you have the right to submit it for analysis.
• You must not use the Services for any unlawful, hazardous, or prohibited purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

6. Use of AI tools

We may use artificial intelligence and automated tools to assist with tasks such as literature review, data interpretation, and report drafting. Such tools support — and do not replace — review by our personnel and validated methods. AI-assisted outputs may contain errors and are subject to the disclaimers in these Terms.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Natural Products International and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
